1. Please, start by contacting me, using the 'connect' page in order to book your complimentary virtual consultation.                        

2. The purpose of our consultation is to understand who you are and answer your questions. We will define your needs, intentions and expectations as well as decide on a design direction and budget.

3. Once you are clear and comfortable with the process, and a preliminary custom fee has been paid, I will connect with the gemstones to select those willing to support you on your unique inner-healing journey. 

4. We will have a second video call so you can decide which gemstones you want to use for your piece and select a particular design or style.

5. I will start working on the piece and send you some photos. Once the design direction is approved, a 50% deposit of the total project cost is remitted. Please note, deposits cannot be refunded.

6. It usually takes around 2 weeks to finalise a piece.

7. Your final piece will be shipped to you once the remaining 50% project balance is completed.
