Warranty and repair.
Each Katia Torralba jewellery piece is unique and delicate in nature and therefore should be handled carefully. Quality and craftsmanship are of the utmost importance to me, therefore all my jewellery pieces come with a complimentary one year warranty. This warranty covers any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 12 months of purchase.
Repairs needed after one year of purchase or caused by wear and tear or damage will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Kindly note, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please, send me an email, including a photo, date of purchase and a brief written description of the issue at: email@example.com
I will then send you a quote and an estimate of the time needed to complete your repair. Please be advised, return shipping and repair fees must be paid prior to beginning any work. I only accept repairs for Katia Torralba jewellery.
Shipping is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches me. Please make sure you package the item securely and send it with proof of receipt via any insured delivery service for the value of the returned item.
